Telehealth is a safe and convenient option for getting mental behavioral health care at home. You may be able to attend appointments without needing transportation, taking time off work, or arranging for childcare. Those factors can be important in a long-term treatment plan. For many clients telehealth is as effective
as in person care.

I have over 15 years of experience in the counseling field in various settings including: outpatient and community based settings, PA state vocational rehabilitation agencies, and corporate health programs. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and EMDR trained therapist.
Through a combination of professional training and personal experience, I have developed the skills and insights necessary to be an effective psychotherapist. In my professional training, I have learned evidence-based therapeutic techniques and gained experience working with a diverse range of clients. Additionally, my personal experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face in their lives and the resilience they can develop in the face of adversity. Together, these experiences have prepared me to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to those seeking support for their mental health.
